Wiljohn Laureano

In today’s customer service oriented society, providing good service is not enough... Going that extra mile is the Key.

Wiljohn is a seasoned customer service specialist. Equipped with more than 15years experience in the Business Process Outsourcing /Call Centre, Sales and Telemarketing industries, involving U.S. based companies such as AT&T Wireless, Sprint PCS, American Express, Intercontinental Hotels Group and IKEA Australia. 

He was part of the Operations Team in the Doha Asian Games 2006 Organizing Committee as an Accommodations Supervisor eventually assuming the position of Venue Accommodation Manager in the Asian Games Terminal Help Desk at the Doha International Airport. After which he joined the pre-opening team of Six Senses Spa at The Sharq Village and Spa as Guest Services Manager and has been awarded the Certificate of Excellence for Guest Courtesy in 2007.  

Prior to joining QFBA, Wiljohn has worked with Qatar Financial Centre’s Customer Service team for 3 years.

Since joining QFBA in 2010, Wiljohn steadfastly provided strong background and output in the Office Administration, Customer Service with Sales and Marketing functions, along with a unique drive for innovation, excellence and success.

Wiljohn graduated with a degree in Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications in the Philippines and attended Service & Human Resource Management degree in Victoria University in Melbourne, Australia.
