One of social media’s big draw is that it is a rapid and easy way to connect with our friends and loved ones. However, do you still think social media is all about posting status updates on Facebook?
Social media" is a dual communication method for people to connect and interact online. Social media allows users to engage with (and around) it in a social context, which can include conversations, commentary, and other user-generated annotations and engagement interactions.
Throughout the course, you will learn the basics of social media and how to use platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Blogging, YouTube, etc. In addition, those who complete the course will know how to use social media productively, and you can form an assessment of which business is more strategically effective.
Social Media Basics course is the fundamental and prerequisite for all other courses. In this course, you will be required to participate in social networks and blogs. Participants will have hands-on experience with several forms of social media technology. Participants will also be involved in class discussions, presentations, readings, case studies, etc. which will highlight new effective strategies and applications of these platforms.
Upon the completion of this course, the participant will be able to:

The course is designed to provide complete buffer guide to fundamentals of social media. In addition, this course will provide ways to choose appropriate and suitable social media platform. It will also help review how to use social media marketing to make it more engaging.
