Get practitioners up to speed quickly with a powerful three days program.
Six Sigma Quality Management program gives you the critical knowledge to lead and provide support for a variety of projects. In addition to hands-on experience with Six Sigma tools, you learn Change Leadership and facilitation skills. Plus, you are guided by some of the most experienced instructors in the industry.
This program offers an understanding of Six Sigma, the hybrid methodology that combines the infrastructure of DMAIC with the simple and effective waste-reducing tools of Lean. During this three days program, you learn how to define, scope, lead and execute DMAIC projects and Kaizen events that are suitable for a Six Sigma and time commitment. In addition, you gain hands-on experience with tools such as process mapping, project scoping, value stream mapping and analysis. You also receive change leadership and facilitator training to help you effectively manages, support and motivate your team.
 
Objectives
 
Upon completion of this course, the participants will be able to:
 
 
  • Define scope and execute DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analysis, Improve, Control) projects and Kaizan events.
  • Apply Lean concepts such as 5S, waste reduction and Value Stream Mapping.
  • Apply DMAIC to solve business issues and transition projects from phase to phase.
  • Apply statistical analysis to determine the relationship between inputs and outputs.
  • Effectively manage team dynamics and understand how to work with leadership.
  • Close projects and hand over control to process owners.
  • Present projects to instructors, peers and managers

Target Audience
 
Anyone who wishes to lead functional area of projects or assist others with projects, No previous Six Sigma experience is required (prior statistical experience is helpful).
